Mac and Cheese
In the kitchen with chef Guillermo. We’ve had multiple requests to show you how we do our Crawdaddy mac & cheese. In this version were adding shrimp, but many times we use chicken or a lot of people just order it . This has been one of our staple dishes since the day we opened 20 years ago. This is a great dish to prepare for your hungry kids as it is relatively inexpensive to make. Big shout out to Lauren Terhune for contacting me on messenger requesting how we made this dish. Bayou Butter Prawns II
In the kitchen with Crawdaddy’s chef Guillermo Santa Maria. We had a special request from one of our customers from Hanford to show you how we make by Bayou Butter Prawns.
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chef Guillermo shows Keith how Crawdaddy’s makes chicken cordon bleu. Recipe:
Roll thin layer of Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese, Black Forest Ham,
lightly flour it,
then dip in egg,
then bread crumbs mixture of pepper, garlic and salt,
Emerse in 350 degree fryer, wait to golden fry about a minute until brown,
Then put it in oven.
We serve it with rice, but customers can order mash potatoes, French fries fettucini or what ever they like.
Then add our Mornay Sauce (previous video’s showed the Crawdaddy recipe)
It’s Friday night and one of the dinner specials includes Beef Jerusalem. It is a filet mignon topped with artichoke bottoms with béarnaise sauce. Chef Guillermo shows how to make the sauce.
